8. It could be anything, but the most common problems I know of are:
a) lack of practice or laziness,
b) poor or insufficient knowledge,
c) overly complex techniques,
d) poor techniques that don't confirm one's intent strongly.
Recognizing this, I've intentionally improved existing techniques and created new ones, explaining why in detail in order to fix all these problems.
